I got mine from Camotech and I was very happy.  Talk to Linda (sew@camotech.com).  She charges $25 for the setup and then $7 per patch ($8 with Velcro).  Minimum number of patches on the first order is 5.  After that, you can order one at a time.  Shipping was under $5 I think.  It can take a while since they do get a lot of orders, but it's one of the few places with a minimum order of less than 100 and they have really good customer service.

No, they're in Burleson, Texas.  Their patch section of their website is http://www.camotech.com/customciv.htm.

Ive dealt with camotech. Not bad. Ive also had experience with an embroiderer at indoor swapmart that was fairly helpful.

Hopefully he doesn't want army ranks or army name tapes, since he has obviously not served.

Camotech does a good job with their patches, they just take a long time to get your order finished and in your hands.

Yup.  So it's a tradeoff, do you want good customer service, minimum of 5, and slow service?  Or do you want fast service, minimum order of 50-100, and little-to-no contact with a real person?
