ok thats what i thought. does it increase performance though? is it worth maybe for me to buy the 2100mah?

battteries and the TM Famas

I happen to be planning on purchasing a TM Famas SV later this month and I have a question about batteries. I own a few 8.4v 1700mah nicd batteries for my upgraded TM G3A3 and I wanted to know if these are ok to use in a stock Famas. I have witnessed the increased ROF in an M4A1 between 600mah and 1500mah. Will this increase of mah be too much for the gears in the Famas or not? Will the ROF even change? Thanks.
