Well, I'm sure quite a bit of you guys know not to order thru evike.com.  If you don't know, well, now you know.  I ordered two parts for my AEG over a month ago and have been sending back parts because they can't seem to send me the right part.  Had OP: Bulldog had not been cancelled, i would not have a Secondary AEG to use because they are a bunch of douchebags and apparently don't like us Arizonans... at least that is the impression that i got from them.  Check this out... here is the most recent e-mail i recieved from them in response to my e-mail regarding their inconsistancy.  And if you wanna know what i said to them that made them say that I am a tiny customer to be talkoing to them like that... i simply told them i would not refer any Arizona Airsofters to your store, just because of the horrible service and inconsistancy.  This really pissed me off...

________________________________________________________
Dear Customer,

Sorry about the unfortunate situation and hope to help as much as I can. However, we are too big for a tiny customer in Arizona to talk like that to us. We are the largest online retail airsoft company and we deal with thousands of orders a week. We sponsor many teams and all of them are quite happy with not only our products but our customer service. We basically dominate the eastern seaboard and Arizona is almost last on our list. Of course we rule california and sponsor many ops in the west coast but Arizona, come on man.
________________________________________________________

I will make sure to attend most national OPs, especially in Cali, just so i can pump them full of BBs, along side my Arizona comrades.  Oh yeah, and fuck Evike.com....  except JT... he's cool...

I would contact the Better Business Bureau.  It says they registered in June of this year, and since they're members, they probably care about what the BBB says about them.

WoW.. I have ordered several things from them and not had any problems.  After reading that though it makes me wonder if they ever get my order wrong the kind of service I will receive.

on another forum their was a guy who was researching Echo1 products, he spent idk a couple of thousand dollers in parts for what he was researching and they sent him V6 parts and CYMAs and a couple of JGs their was very few of what he actually ordered. I should of warned you guys then but i assumed that you guys have had similer run ins with them.

My only experience with Evike is bad.  For Irene III, I was trying to round up 12 MICH Helmets and they said they had them, but they kept changing the price on me and then stopped responding to emails altogether.

Nah, i called them and talked to JT... the only guy that seems pretty cool there.  Told him i already ordered the part i needed from another company, just cuz i was done with their bullshit.  But yeah... I originally ordered a Marui Torque-up motor, and a wireset for an AK47S (folding stock, where the battery connector is under the dust cover).  They said my motor was on back-order, and sent me the wrong wireset the first time around.  They sent me the wireset for a fixed stock AK.  So, I sent them an E-mail about the issue.  I understood that the motor was on back-order, and would hope to recieve it in the mail.  So, i sent the wrong part back, and when i sent it back, the guys on the phone said he'd send out the motor that was on back-order out at the same time so i get both parts. So, they send me the same exact wireset.... and no motor.  I was already pissed since it took about a week and a half to recieve a reply for the first e-mail i sent.  But they sent me the same fucking part.  So, i called again and explained what part i needed and that i need the parts soon since OP: Bulldog was coming up very soon.  After i sent the second package back... the guy said he'd throw in a bag of BBs for having a hard time.  I also told the guy since they didn't have the original motor, that i just wanted another one that they had on hand... which i'm sure was a little bit cheaper than what i paid for.  So, i recieve a motor finally, but the same fucking wireset... oh yeah, and no BBs.  So, i talked over the phone about it, and when he asked me if i wanted to send it back and get some sort of credit or whatever, i simply said no.  I told him that i placed an order thru another company for the wireset i needed, and that i did not want to deal with them anymore.  Also talked him into sending me a bag of BBs... which he was going to send me some 0.20g BBs.  So i told him i don't use those, that he should send me a bag of 0.28g BBs.  So, i'll have to see if they got that right.

This is not the first problem i've had with them... but it is by far, the WORST.  And their customer service... SUX.  And what he said in the e-mail reply just blew me away!  He basically gave me the impression that Evike.com as a company could care less about Arizona and it's customers!  I don't know about you guys... but that's how i feel.  Not to mention that the e-mail they sent me was VEEERRRY PROFESSIONAL, coming from "the largest airsoft supplier in the nation."  I'd expect much better customer service from such a "huge company."  Wouldn't you guys agree?  I'm sticking with over-seas companies... at least they know what the fuck they're doing, and do it quick...

That email was out of line, that kind of response is not acceptable. I've said it once and I'll say it again, deal with evike at your peril. If the item you ordered is not in stock, then you'll probably have problems with your order.

Here's another experience, in person no less.

I've never even been in their store...and I never will.

Also. I would not recomend going to Evike in california...here's why:

I seen to recall a problem at SAD where the staff didn't double check for BB's in the mag before they let someone handle and even TEST FIRE a weapon. Well guess what? The staff at evike doesn't check either. How do I know this? Cause when I was there I got SHOT by one of the staff. Nate and Ryan were there too. The guy fires the gun, I feel it hit my bare skin on my arm, and I calmly say "uhhh...i just got shot" to the guy. He (idioticly) says, no you didn't. There's no BB in here (he was asian). And so we all kinda stood there for a sec with a WTF look...

Yeah The staff there was also absolutely cluless as far as pricess go. They had to look everything up. They new nothing about the guns. Nate asked to look at the G&G UMG on the wall and the guy points to the MP5 and say "this one?"... Yeah so if you know what you want and you only have to be there a few minutes, at least go there with eye protection on.

Hoff, you forgot the best part of the story!!!

You were 15ft. away from the guy and he explains to you that it was not a bb that hit you, that infact it was compressed air.

I think you guys should've called the cops on them. They shouldn't have someone behind the counter who doesn't know squat about safety with airsoft guns.

I too must thank you for posting this, I am newer to the sport and was thinking of purchasing some internal upgrades from them and came to this site first to see if I could find any negative feedback...

Having been born and raised in AZ I think the "largest east coast airsoft company," aught to pull their heads out of their asses and wake up to the ever-growing airsoft community in AZ. and realize even this one "tiny person they snubbed has, just from the posted responses, cost themselves a little over $1,000 in less than a week.

Thanks Again!!!
