I simply told them that I was a member of an online airsoft community and would not recommend anyone on our forums to their company due to their inconsistancy and the service i have been recieving.  That's what made them say that i am "too tiny of a customer," and that it would not make any difference to them as "such a huge company."  I'm sure they could sense just how mad i was since i had been trying to set things straight for over a month now.  And the way i see it, no matter how mad a customer gets, good customer service would know how to react and respond.  Hell, i deal with pissed off customers in my field of work... and even i know how to handle the issue.  That response was uncalled for.

Evike's customer service is downright pathetic.

I have ordered from them three times. Each time my order has been messed up. (You'd think I'd have learned my lesson after the second order...) Items that were marked "In Stock" on their website were actually on back order and were not shipped on time. When I called their office, I was told it could be weeks for new stock to arrive. I had to call three times to get the backordered item refunded.

While their site looks good and they have quite the selection, they are very unreliable and treat their customers like crap.

I ordered once from them. They sent me my systema gearbox - supposedly brand-new - with a pin already broken inside. I sent it back, wanting a new one, and they blamed me for tampering with it (Yeah, I took it apart, kinda had to to see the broken pin). So, they made me pay for the "repairs" and the return shipping. I will never order from Evike again.

Ha.  My friend ordered a 80 part for his CA33E and, ended up getting a brand new CA33E for 80 bucks.

I have ordered from Evike four to five times and never had a problem.

I always call first.

Airsoft retailers are pretty common online, so why a company would send an email like that is ludicrious.  Have they never heard of cut and paste? To be honest though, I've never heard anything good about them so how they got to the position of dominating the East coast is beyond me.  Also your state of residence shouldn't determine whether or not you get good service. If they can't treat all of their customers with respect then they deserve to go out of business.
