Thanks for the game all, as always it was nice to be out slinging plastic with you all. Beats the heck out of hiding out at home and watching TV or something else useless...
So here are my feedback remarks, if any of the org staff are interested in hearing my POV on the events.
*2 different re spawn rules made it difficult, having medic based re-spawn on the US side put as at a severe disadvantage if the enemy overran our dead and posted up near them. This balanced better when the dead were allowed to move to the medic in the 2nd 1/2 of the game but it was still obviously one sided.
*Feedback from US leader to command post for status every few minutes was a great touch and added alot of challenge to the command team, though I was a bit concerned later on to hear that command was actually a leader on the Los Pepes team. Didn't get a chance to check that info before I left but it does leave me to wonder how easy it was for V(B)Dock(command) to make the demarcation between what he should know as a Los Pepes player and as a US commander. I've done that role before and found that the only way I could fairly do it was become a voiceless foot soldier for team I was playing on and watch that I give no indication of what the enemy is going to do even as I get status updates. Later even that proved to be too much because when you get that many guys togther you have to have refs watching for problem players.
*Absolutely loved the scenario! great objectives, well spread out, I'd love to play this again with some alternate spawn rules as either side. Steno did a great job, IMO, with this part of the game and I wanted to say bravo!
Think thats about it, good day of gaming, glad I got to play with everyone who made it out, thank you Steno for putting it on, but wanted to share some criticism and comments above so that future events can always be +1 better. If anyone wants to hear any more details from me on what I thought went well or could have been tweaked, please feel free to reach out. See you all soon.
