It's a JAC gas gun.  I'm not the expert here on gas, but Paco probably can answer that.  I think they're out of production.  Bart, didn't you want a BAR at one time?

JAC made that BAR a LONG time ago at least 10 years ago.  There aren't too many of them around, and mags are pretty much non-existant.  It fires at about 1200RPM which is good except that the mags only hold 60 rounds and extra ones are impossible to find.  You can't "make" more mags, because they must be air-tight and hold a seal.  To add to the auction, the seller states that he's a collector rather than a player and explicitly states:  that is "cannot fire any type of projectile or ammunition".  I don't know if that's his way of saying that it doesn't work, but I wouldn't spend $1500 to find out.  [:p]

Alas, I was but a foolish youth then.

It's shameful what he did to that barrel.

If you want a BAR, you'd have better luck finding a replica and stuffing a Marui gearbox in.

OK, here you go Bart.  A genuine BAR parts kit that you could make a AEG from.

i saw a browning m2 go on ebay for $800 i think. wasnt a modified m16 or anythin. is there kits or boxes u can put over a certain gun to make it look like a machine gun? like a M2 for a m16 or somethin? with a hand bar thingy with triggers, with levers attached to the real trigger? that would be cool, especially on a vehicle!

I never thought they would make one of these suckers. did they make them a while back then stop production? or are they made custom from a certain person or group?
