what kind of silencer will fit on my ECHO1 M14 RIS? and what kind of silencer will fit on my TSD tactical SD45 UMP

G&P M14DC for your M14, I have one and its awesome if but a little long.  Good luck finding one local though your best bet is going to be a Hong Kong shipper, though it may be worth checking AEX and S3 out as well.  Not sure on the UMP...

The TSD UMP is a clone of the G&G I believe, therefore your best bet is to just get G&G UMP silencer.  Either that or get a generic double thread.

well, if you remove the M14's flash hider, the barrel underneath should be threaded to accept any 14mm negative silencer or attachment>
