OP: State of Conflict
« on: November 21, 2007, 10:35:21 PM »

Part One: Accusations

CO: Classified
Location: Astana, Kazakhstan
Time: Classified
Date: Classified

Gentlemen. Intel has just come in that a group of Russian Spetsnaz troops have been spotted in Kazakhstan, training rebels to fight the Kazakhstan government troops. The reason behind this is unknown, and we are searching for answers as we speak. When questioned, the Russian government denied this accusation. The US along with the Kazakhstan government have decide to send in a joint special forces group, to go take out this training camp, and report any intel to HQ. To accomplish this, the US is sending in Army special forces. We want to see what else Russia is up to, so this won't be a just firefight. Your recon team will have to go in silent, and strike fast.
Carry on men.
(Basically: US/Kazakhstan vs. Russia/Rebels)

Joint Special Forces

Objectives: You're main objective is to clear out all enemy elements in that area, and gather intel from their training camp, and prevent a counter attack. You will move up in stealth and recon the objectives. Once your team is in contact range of the camp, you are free to open fire, and clear the camp enemy units. Stay sharp, find the fastest way to eliminate the enemy. This will require good team work, and tactics.
Rez lives: When you are hit in the game, you will sit down where you were hit, and take out you red rag, and place it in the air. You r medic will then come over to you, and place a piece of white tape around your arm. You will only be able to get three white tapes on your arm until you have to go back to your spawn point, and for there that is the only way you can respawn into the game.
Team BDUs: MARPAT, ACU, Woodland MARPAT, Desert-Tri, Multi-cam, DPM, Urban/Grey.
Medic: You team will have two medics that can heal KIA(Hit) players. They will have white tape around their arm. If they are both KIA, your team will have no way of a front line heal. Instead you will have to go back to you respawn point.
Medic Rezing: When a medic rezes a player, they will place a piece of white tape on their arm, so that is won't fall off. The tape symbolizes that the play has been rezed before. Each play can only be rezed four time total. After this, you will have to only use your teams respawn point to get back into the game.
Respawn: This will be a marked object with the color blue on it. To get back into the game, you will need to touch this object, and then can return to fighting. This spot will be also to rest, and drop extras gear. The enemy can not attack this area.

Spetsnaz/Rebel Forces

Objective: You're main objective is to hold the training camp from the JSF moving on to your position. If you spot enemy contact around your area, you will need to alert you your fellow comrades, and work to take down the threat. There is information about Russia's true plans for being in Kazakhstan, and the enemy will want this. You must make sure they will not get their hands on this. You and you rebel force allies will need to hold the line at all cost to win this. If your camp is taken, you will need to fall back to your spawn point, and then plan a counter attack. Be brave, the mother land is counting on you.
Team BDUs: Woodland, OD, Tiger strip, 6 Color Desert, Hunter camo, Black Tac., Flectarn, and any Russian Camo.
After this, they are to go to their spawn point, and wait for the rest of their team to officially die. After this, you can only use your teams respawn point to get back into the game.
Respawn: This will be a marked object with the color red on it. To get back into the game, you will need to touch this object, and then can return to fighting. This spot will be also to rest, and drop extras gear. The enemy can not attack this area.

Items need to participate in this OP:

Minimum gear needed:[/color]
-You must have a red rag or little flag to pull out when you are hit.
-An airsoft replica to use.
-Proper eye protection.
-Not Required, but highly suggest you wear warm clothing under you're camo. It will be cold out.
Camouflage: You can have any type on BDU wear for any team at this OP. Your team will be shown by the color of tape around your arm. If you are on Spetsnaz/Rebel team, you can wear civilian clothes if need be to act as a "rebel" figure. This is not needed though.
Getting shot:
Yell out "Hit" at least twice when hit.  Take out your red rag, place it on top  your head, or in the air. Point your gun toward the ground, or in a an combat position  The medic should come to you and place a piece of white tape on your arm. You can only get four of these until you are not able to be medic rezed. You will have to go use your teams spawn point.
What is considered a hit?:
A hit is getting hit by a BB anywhere on the body. Goggle, face mask, and all body parts. Including gear (ex. back packs, pouches, ect.) CALL YOUR HITS. If you are caught cheating, you will be automatically be kicked out of the game, and asked to leave. Friendly fire WILL be counted as HIT, no exceptions.

Directions:
Look at the yellow lines for directions on the map. When you get down to W. Chandler Blvd., go down the road until you get to 5th Ave., and keep going past that road, heading west bound. Go down until you see a gravel clearing past S. 6th Dr., and that is where you can get dropped off. If you need to park, go down the road, until you hit 13th, 15th Ave., then you can turn into that neighborhood and park.
Drop Off: If you get dropped off at the gravel clearing, you go north, toward South Mountain. You will see a large hill, go over that. When you get to the top and look down, you will see our group at the meeting location.
Parking: When you enter the neighborhood, and find a parking spot, make your way down to S. 17th Ave. and W. Thunderhill Dr. When you get to that corner go north, and you will see a break in the houses, where there in a path that leads into the South Mountain desert. This is marked on the map with the red box. Once you get there, head down the line of house about 1,200ft. Then you should see a large hill, to the left of the about 50ft. there will be out meeting spot.

Directions to playing AO.

No.  You'll need woodland/OD BDU's if you want to be with the Russian Forces.  Digital Patterns are for the American forces.

Not at all. We don't have replica requirements, even though it'd look better for the game, but you can use what ever suits you.
