REAL WORLD FACT
In the late 1990’s there where 7 briefcase sized nuclear weapons stolen from a Russian weapons stash. These nuclear weapons had not the devastating explosive capabilities of a normal nuke. However, each held the potential radiation fall out 10 times over that of the Hiroshima nuke.


The following is a copy of a letter circling the globe attached to a chain-mail virus

People of the world,
Napoleon once compared life to chess in that “we are all pawns or kings, or emperors and foolsâ€￾. Yet the cold hard fact of the matter is the kings or the presidents or whatever it is your country calls it leaders they are no less fools then the pawns themselves. It is that unseen hand which moves those pieces across the board which is the world, those hands that care not for which pieces they lose as long as they win. The pieces on the board never truly know who or what controls there actions, merely concerned with the measly few moves into other squares ahead and where they will lead. Additional notes:

The Santa Rita Battlegrounds AO is located on Forest Service land which we have a waiver to use.  A condition of this waiver is that all participants use Biodegradable BB's or Killer Beez Eco Friendly BB's.  To participate, you are required to have Bio BB's.  During pregame chrono check you will be asked to show your BB's to the chrono marshall in their original packaging stating they are Biodegradable.  You may purchase Bio BB's from S3airsoft on-site of the event but quantities are subject to availability (first come first serve).

Poster artwork added to the above post courtesy of the Hawks own 'Seedy'.  AEX is officially on board to provide prize support for this event.  This support is dependent on the head count 3 weeks out, so please, if you'd like to come get your name on the roster sooner rather then later to ensure you have a chance at some great AEX swag.  See you all out there!

Sure will, though you will be grouped with other ACU players to form a unit.  ACU maps to Populous Dominatus so we'll get you added!

The Desert Hawks events will use the latest TAC rules for events for the most part, which allow ages 14+ to play.  As such, 14 to 16 is allowed with waiver and well known sponsor or TAC member.  14 to 17 year olds are required to wear full face protection in the form of a mask of some sort as well.  Would you like me to add you to a roster?

You can order them through various retailers, and I bet gearbox has them.  S3 will have a small selection onsite of the game but its first come first serve so no guarantees they will last.

Correct on the forest service land issue, Bios are required and Bb's will have to be checked in at chrono time.

probably around 10-15 degrees colder than tucson and phoenix.
gloves and long underwear would probably be a good idea. atleast in the morning.

If not you can always hit S3 Airsoft up. the guy who Runs it Tonk is down here in Tucson and can get them you just need to let him know in advance.
