Please go vote for my band!!! (Again!!)
« on: February 07, 2008, 07:09:54 PM »

Hey everyone!  As some of you know, I sing in an alternative rock band called Regular Heroes, and we need your support for a competition we entered.  It's called the SRP College Garage Band Competition, and the first place winner gets free gear from Fender and a chance to perform at the Tempe Music Festival!  In order to be eligible we need to get enough votes to qualify to perform in front of a panel of judges on Feb 16th.

To vote for us:
1. Go to http://www.ecollegetimes.com/round3collegeheat1/
2. Scroll to the bottom and click on Regular Heroes
3. TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS!  Last day for voting is Feb 26th!!

Under the band picture is a music player so that you can listen to the first two tracks of our demo.  Please listen to them and let me know what you think!  I'm the lead singer and song-writer, so I appreciate input of all sorts.
We're looking for good publicity, so if you like our music, let people know about us!  The band website is www.regularheroesband.com and more of our music will be on the site soon.
Thanks!
-BATMAN

That is correct.  My life is college, singing in a band, and fixing guns at gearbox.  It's great.

Thank you everyone for supporting us!!  I really appreciate it.

I don't believe the voting is finished yet, but they are currently in position to make it to the festival.
