The brake is fake, like yours, but I can have something else pinned in place later on. I probably will. Your points are largely correct, too, Jason. The parts are "just different enough" to require the replacement of many other parts when I get to that...but none of it is necessary until a large number of rounds has ben fired. Thousands by most counts. It'll be a good long while before I can afford thousands of rounds of 7.62, so I'm good to go. If both rifles (this and the SA) were sitting next to each other and the price difference wasn't $500, I'd have grabbed the SA, of course. It just came down to what I was getting for the money, and this won easily. I still have a good chunk to add to it from Fulton, but I have a working rifle in the meantime. We MUST go out shooting soon, though! I can't stand owning it and not using it!
