get the word out to people not to use them anymore, and you have a very good and prime example of WHY.

I\'ve touched that gun with my hand which had touched my penis. I hope you did not touch your mouth after touching that gun. That would mean your had put part of my penis in your mouth.

Tempe.  I think it's on Southern, just west of the 101.  Someone else should have the exact cross streets.

Go to Gearbox, airsoft is what they do, not paintball with airsoft on the side.  They are located on Southern Ave in Tempe just East of McKlintock behind the Taco Bell. The Jungle Toy sign is still up.  JMHO but they are your best bet and their prices are competitive with the internet...

I personally only use airsplat for pellets and tac gear. Other then that..... not much. Sry about the service. Their customer service will take at least 1 full business day to contact you. Gearbox is a great store. APD is also good if you like CA, ECHO, and odd pricing. Some of their stuff is a steal and some stuff is 20$ over. Whatever. Shop smart. It's a shame to hear about someone getting screwed by an online site.

airsplat.com sucks i also recieved a used looking gun broken in many places. they will send you another but it will also be crap get a refund it's your best bet , also their descriptions are false and misleading so if it is cheap and sound to good to be true , it is.

Huh, interesting.  In my years of buying from airsplat I've never had any trouble at all with them sending used guns.  Every one of them I've bought from them has come perfectly wrapped.  Maybe they ran out of stock and went "Crap!  Here is the wall model"  They should have at least told you that it wasnt going to be "brand spankin new" or at least ask.

To be honest though, other than the stock breaking, which could have been the shipping company, the rest is all cosmetic and looks like it was a wall hanger for their walk in store.  Ask them nicely for a return and keep persisiting.  If they wont do that, start taking it up with the medium you used to pay (hopefully paypal as they will resolve the issue quickly, if it isnt paypal, and a Credit Card company then prepare to follow a back charge on it for damaged goods and a lack of ANY response)  I bet you will get your money back after you send it back.

For those who have bought Chinese guns US side remember, they are NOT up to par with other brands like CA,ICS, G&P, etc in terms of external or internal quality.  Although they are getting better they still have similiar problems to the above simply from the company testing the gun to make sure it works.
