I specifically asked, twice, for them to ship an advanced replacement and authorized they charge my card, but they wouldn't. They didn't even tell me they wouldn't, they just waited a few days after they recieved my first return before shipping the replacement (which also was broken, see;
viewtopic.php?f=94&t=5867). I also asked for them to send an return shipping label, they refused both times. I paid the first time. Now I'm taking it up with the cc company. I told AS they could pick up the defective merchandise with 24hr advance notice.
