Here is the link to the city map which includes directional address ranges, Mesa city limits and major arterials.   http://www.cityofmesa.org/maps/pdf/address_range.pdf

Here is the Mesa City Law that regulates discharging a BB gun with in the city limits. Title 6, Chapter 1, Section 15
http://www.cityofmesa.org/clerk/CodeBoo ... /T6Ch1.pdf

All of this makes the area, at the very least, questionable.  Questionable is grounds for more research before taking the risk for all of us who play this game and enjoy this freedom.  For a few Eagle Scouts hosting this game, I'm dissapointed. I and others would have expected more.  I have provided you a good head start, lets see where you take it next. Remember documentation and that this is the game host's responsibility.

Leprechaun, I told you that it was questionable. I don't see any valid claims that it is not illegal to play. Silverlogic is correct in the fact that it is the Indian Reserve. -Mad- Sarge Thanks for the read, I am removing the post from my site: revolutionairsoft when I get a chance today.

I\'ve touched that gun with my hand which had touched my penis. I hope you did not touch your mouth after touching that gun. That would mean your had put part of my penis in your mouth.

This is the area Im refering too, same as you correct?  If not please alleviate the confusion.

As for Indian Res, I don't know.  I'm not here to do all of your research for you.  It's your responsibility to ensure that it's not illegal and it should be a very, very easy question to prove or disprove. Simple question here is, prove that it is legal.  There are too many things indicating that it is not.  Seems to me no research was done...which is a very bad practice.  Many of us have scouted many possible AO's only to find that we cannot use them for one legal reason or another. I thank your team for continuing to take the necessary steps in this matter.

Also remember, you are using a replica that could get you killed.  These are not toys in the sense, act responsibly.

If it is legal to airsoft on the reservation (which I highly doubt it is) you will have to obtain a permit before doing anything. You basically need a permit anytime you want to go on the reservation for hiking, trail-riding, camping etc. We made the mistake of trying to get by without a permit and nearly had our bikes confiscated. I don't recommend having a game on the reservation, just to be safe.

what ever happened to the days when we contacted local law enforcement and gave them a courtesy call that we would be (legally) playing in an area(legal to do so)....
