We are now in the mid 40's for RSVPs on this event so it shaping up to be a good size brawl!  I just want to take a moment and remind folks that you will need to sign using the rsvp form located here:

This form allows us to privately construct rosters and forward team specific intel, your information is kept confidential.  We will not be reading the thread to find out who is coming, if you or a friend did not submit your name by the above form then we don't know your coming and you will not receive any intel.  So, please sign up.

Closer to the game date we will build several 8 to 10 man squads out of the teams and let you know who the squad leader is.  That squad leader can elect fire team leaders under him to keep things organized and allow a split of unit attention.  Squad leaders will report to a staff member for orders and in game intel.  This WILL NOT be a free for all game with 30 solo players going against 30 solo players, we are asking that you at least give a structured unit organization system a shot (those that use this every game know why we are trying to get folks to try it ;) ).

Please plan to arrive early so we can get chrono readings out of the way and please bring your ID.

50+ and counting!  Keep those RSVPs coming in folks!  Those that were specially invited to fill the CIA slot can you police your own and make sure everyone has a entry in (you can even enter it for them if they don't have PC access).  Everyone else both PEDAR and Venezuala or still accepting entries so take your pick.  More to come soon on some nifty raffle prizes from AEX.

In your case, unless you have a brother or sister that is 18+ and wants to come play that day as well, your out of luck until your 16.

I wont get into the argument over minors, the rules are cut and dried above, trust me, this wont be the last big game we do." So what you are saying that if this is your and your parent/ guardian's first big airsoft game and no one has ever met either of you you cant play in this game. and if so why are your rules set up that way and why does your face protection have to be nonflexible?

Yes, if NO ONE has ever met you from TAC or AA then we'd rather not have that person under 16+ out on this one.  This is to ensure younger players know what to expect and we know what to expect from them.  Its nothing personal, we simply dont want to cheapen the event for the older players with "That One Kid" everyone dreads seeing underfoot.

Face protection for any minor has to be non flexible.  Army of one masks, Paintball mask, and airsoft masks are about all we let pass.  They have to do it because it makes us feel better about liability.  Does it cover us, who knows, but its our rules ;)
