Yes, its literally just south of the dirt oval track (slightly southwest of the baseball fields).

The games are only in Peoria and you need to have your own ammo (you can also buy it there).

Hey, I was just wondering if the field was currently open for walk-ons on saturdays, and where I could find the minor's waiver form if it is open.

It won't be open till later this month, when it gets closer to game time you could pick one up at the store.
