While not as powerful as the 203, I would think a magazine-fed bolt-action shotgun would make up for the lack of 1 round power by allowing fast follow-up shots, speed of reload, and quantity of rounds available. Looks like it could replace the 203 all together in an urban environment.
Those little mini grenade rounds aren't as powerful, but I bet you can put a bunch of them down range in a hurry.

I can see scenerios where solders and LEOs use them as non-lethal alternatives while retaining fast control over their carbine.

Overall, looks like a good weapon, guess time will tell.

Last year I was back east for an armoreres school we had a chance to fire this weapon. very sturdy and impressive fire power. I was told byan operator that The hajis are afraid of shotguns! More so than an m16! Guess its  conditioning. Handguns, shotguns and sticks put the fear of ALAH in them. Point you 50Cal at 'em and its like yea, what ever.

In Iraq they are deathly afraid of pistols and shotguns due to the fact that when the Republican Guard or Secret Police would torture people, they used shotguns and pistols.

Here in Afghanland, our technology scares the living shit out of these people. Lasers seem to do it.

You need to strap on a 500+mw green laser then!  Its more than powerful enough to burn through almost anything given time, including skin.
