Hey about 5 guys right now from the Embry-Riddle Airsoft Club are planning to come down from Prescott, 4 multicam and 1 acu with more probably coming later.  I'll update the numbers once we get the final counts in.  We have an interest in camping the night before, and was wondering if the campsite next to the field is free?  Also, will you be selling bio BB's at the site?  Thanks in advance.

The camp site is free.
There might be people selling bio BB's the day of the game but I wouldn't plan on it.
Better to just be prepared and bring your own.
And if you're under 18 make sure to bring a paintball mask because this game falls under TAC rules (found here- http://tucsonairsoftcoalition.com/news/ ... &Itemid=31). or if you're over 18 and don't look it make sure to bring ID because we'll be checking. We'd hate to not let you into the game because of technicalities.
have a safe drive down.

Nope it has to be a paintball mask style mask with hard plastics cover the nose and mouth along with full seal goggles.

@wazway, camping is free.  As Seedy said there might be some BBs on hand at the site from various folks but I would not count on it.  Stop by the Gearbox in Tempe on your way down and stock up, Ron should have some Bio BB's on hand.

so how long into the day will this go, is it only going to be a one game then go home and last a few hours? Because a 3 hour drive for 1 game is a bit much, but I might get out there the night before and camp out...

From my previous post answering this question....

Quote
It will probably wrap up around 1 to 2pm. There are some camping spots in the area, we recommend the one just south of the AO across the road so we are not staging up the game in your campsite. There are no RV hookups or anything in the area but a few pull outs and open spaces to park a small camper are readily available. Several folks have already expressed an interest in camping out the night before, which is fine so long as everyone keeps there Tactical gear and guns tucked away and play the part of responsible campers until events actually kick off on Saturday.

If the drive is too much for you (Would have to leave Phoenix at 0430/0500 to arrive a little early) then don't force yourself into it.  Its a great AO and this Battlefield game play is a blast but its not a 12 to 24 hour milsim game we are talking about here, it simply may not be worth the effort you are willing to expend for the trip.  That said, I hope to see a bunch of you out next weekend, be sure to bundle up warm just in case its a cool day.

Final counts from the Embry-Riddle Airsoft club: 5 multicam, 2 acu, and two desert (tan).  We will probably be camping, and are there seperate directions for the campsite, or is it just near the playing field.  Also if i could get GPS coordinates for the camping site that would be awesome, but not necessary.  Thanks again.
