Though I think its ridiculous he still has to pay that much, holy crap I don't know what I would think if the border-jumper's lawyers won it all.  I have a funny feeling that 78k is going straight into the scumbags pockets, and when the Mexicans ask, wheres my emotional money, their response is "here's your deportation order".  The lawyers should be deported first.  Then they can get the 78k beat out of them by Coyotes and runners.

Dont quote me on it, as i am no legal expert, but i think in a situation where a group represents the defendant (not the city) for free, or little to no money up front they get a much larger percent of the money if they win the case, How does shit like this help the country? Everyone wants to get rich quick with no work involved, In my opinion we should do away with sueing everyone for "emitional distress" and BS like that. At most all you should have to pay is money for the damages. and on the other side instead of letting big corperations and people get off by settling out of court, make their fines less and just throw them in jail longer.

well lets just say I had some doubts about him having a girlfriend....

Maybe someone can clear this up for me, but if someone climbs into my backyard at like 2 in the morning and I go out back with a gun and point it at him becuase well he's in my mother fucking back yard at 2 am will I get in trouble? Now If I actually shoot him is a whole different story, but from what happened to this guy it seems to me if I let my dogs out on the man in my backyard (which woudl be usules becuase the golden would just want to play and the lab is lazy as shit) I could get in trouble. Am I the only confused about the whole trespassing on someones land in the middle of the night and people freaking out because he had a gun (nevermind the fact they were illegals crossing)?

This Is the way It was explained to me The way the law Is written in AZ values life over property. {CCW Class }In other words unless you or family are facing harm your supposed to let him do his thing. This Is overly simplified but you get the idea. In fact say you were to fire a warning shot, Shannons Law will nail you and lose your gun rights. True story where I live { At home } I dicking around In my back yard and 2 dogs came around the corner and we were both surprised, I flailed my arms and yelled alittle and the damn dogs held the ground and came at me. I went Inside to get the equalizer, and returned to the back yard and they were gone, I then called the law dogs and upon his arrival, I explained what I wrote above. He told me that If I would of discharged said equalizer, I would be on my way to jail and charged under Shannon Law for discharging a fire arm In city limits. So the dogs could have there way with me because of some bitch name Shannon. I have since reseached my options and found out that the pellet guns are not considered a firearm, and they have come along ways, hell the one I have shoots 1200 FPS and this Is now the equalizer of choice.
