or buy a real gun that changed the world as we know it, the SAA Colt .45, a real Colt 1911, the Winchester 1873, and of course the Chicago Typewriter albeit a real one is 25k+.

I personally have the first 2, I just need the last 2. lol (also if anyone knows of some original factory ivory grips for the SAA Colt, I would be interested in them)

I\'ve touched that gun with my hand which had touched my penis. I hope you did not touch your mouth after touching that gun. That would mean your had put part of my penis in your mouth.

It could be cool to collect all of those guns but wouldn't you much rather spend your money on a new car or maybe even that mail order bride that you've always wanted.

I would have to agree with you there the 1911 is definitely an iconic service pistol still used today in iraq by special operations.

Polie,

check out forums like www.cascity.com or other cowboy actions shooting sites, such as www.sassnet.com.  There are ways to get real ivory for your 1873, you just have to look around and those sites are a good place to start.  Sorry for jumping on that, but I'm a member of SASS and CAScity and I have two USFA Colts and two 1886 (man. date) SAA's back home so I thought I'd offer some help.  They would also be a great place to start to look for the Winchester as well, found my 1875 (man. date) Henry from cascity, so here's hoping you could have some luck there too.

1911s are great too.

SAW Gunner Clayton, it's great you want to pay homage to those that have served in this "pussy" war, the fact is, soldiers have died in it and the respect should be given, thanks.

Theres an original winchester 73 carbine hanging up above the entrance of the gift shop next to pinnacle peak steak house. Looks like its been there for at least a decade or so. Poor thing. I get a painful feeling in my chest every time I go by there and see it. It's  splitting and sun bleached stock and forearm crowned by a rusty forearm cap. Receiver, barrel, and lever rusted by years of rain. It looks like it may still be functional if the action can be freed up but who knows what the ears of weather have done to it. It looks about like a 25-35 or so because from what I could see it the rusted bore was a bit smaller than a .30.

It makes me sad even thinking bout it.

Maybe to bring a more practical tone, why not use the money for all those guns to fund some college education so you have a shot at buying the real ones in the future?

this is true, save up and get the real ones while you can, yea the airsoft ones are fun to shoot, play with and collect but with the real ones they get to see what they really looked like, felt like but also fired like.. plus then youll have something to defend yourself if the need ever came up to
