So we broke the fountain hills septic system...
« on: February 17, 2009, 10:15:03 PM »
A few months ago some stuff happened to our hottub which flows into the pool, the wall it flows over started to break or something and it was messing stuff up, then one of the pumps decided to explode and mess even more stuff up. So yesterday the pool comapny finially got out and they had to drain the pool, so they hook up this little like 2 horsepower pump and hook it into the sewer. So like three hours later this guy from the fountain hills sanatary distrct shows up and tells me they cant drain my pool, now i had just pulled into my driveway and was walking out to get the mail when he pulled up so i had no clue whats going on.

Well turns out the motherfucking city pump that pumps the water in our area to the main sewer couldn't handle the volume of water we were putting into the sewer.... We have a tiny little home-depo flood pump and the city sewer which pumps water daily to and from some 20,000 people couldnt handle it? So Logicly i told the guy, hey ill just stop the pump and drain it into the wash of the empty loot next to us, but no, thats some violation of health code or soemthing stupid like that. I guess clorine water doesnt help plants like normal water.

So how do they fix this problem, by draining all of our water into some big tanker thing then drving it somewhere and 20 minutes later fill it up again, So my whole day today from 12:30-4 was listening to some guy complain about having to do his job and drain our pool, i guess he had this idea that I was behind all this, and kept being all pissed that my dad was still at work and couldnt come and talk to them. I told him, hey my dad will be home aroudn 2:30, which  he didnt belive, his words "what kind of job gets off at 2:30!". I told him the market closes at 2 and that he is usually home in half and our or so, provided he doesnt have a metting or something.... Once more he lept saying "the city doesnt like these kinds of things people do without telling us" Like they have never had someoe drain a pool before? And not to mention your job is to hook a hose up to a truck and wait around for 30 minutes then drive it and come back!

Ranting aside, I've got two questions. 1) how can our pool (20,000 gallons i think) flood the city sewer? 2) why do people complain about doing their jobs?

I\'ve touched that gun with my hand which had touched my penis. I hope you did not touch your mouth after touching that gun. That would mean your had put part of my penis in your mouth.

I have been In a position like this and I run the SOB off and got somebody else. As busy as everybody Is at this time It should'nt be a problem finding another truck and operator. If this idiot Is working for you, why would you put up with the whining, give the idiot a piece of cheese and send him kicking gravel. Pretty simple to me... :-"

No its the city that has to put the water in the tank, as far as I know we arent paying for this, well our taxes every month are, but they just park the truck at the substation thing and then wait by the pool untill the driver says its full.  But today the guys havent come to the house, they have just called when they needed the pump turned off
