Just be aware, chances are you will not get 100% turn out, a lot of people will not show up. Good chance that people that did not register will show up too. I usually expect just 50-75% of roster to actually show up. That has been my experience.

well im purchasing food for 75 people. if they dont show up after registering thats really a lack of integrity, we are already cutting it very close on finances because of the cheap entry fee and if people sign up and no show (which i know is very likely) just realized your screwing us by doing so.

also if you dont register and show up, you can try to take a spot of someone who might no show, but i make no guarantee that you will have lunch or be able to play. if everyone shows on the register then your s.o.l. if we have more than 70 on the field it will be too crowded and not make good gameplay for those who signed up in advance.

so basically you would be on standby waiting for an opportunity to register.

but as kobo said there will be no shows, so be my guest if you want to come and try to fill a spot.

damm it... i opened my gearbox and have two replace 2 gears and the piston... so hopefully the gearset i order gets here in time =)

Um.. He said 80 for one. And 70 is an even number. If you can divide a number by 2, it's equal. You even proved it to yourself. 70/2 = 35. That's equal.  :-s

you are correct svt, the count is 73, the last person to sign up had a few extras, so i let them sign up.

so i'll say this, if you have registered and are not able to make it please let me know immediately so i can let someone else take your place. also like i said before you may come to the event to see if anyone doesnt show, i will start a standby list at the event first thing in the morning. as with any event there will be no shows, things come up and plans change for everyone, also if anyone is chronographed over the limit they will not be allowed to play and forfeit their space on the roster, and weapon malfunction is bound to take a few players out of the game, lord knows i have missed games because of stripped gears and other problems.

also i appreciate everyones interest in the event and to ensure a great experience i had to put a limit on players. i will do what i can for those who show up without registering but can make no promises.

its not the food that is the issue, the field is only capable of holding so many people, like i said before if you want to come out and see if someone doesnt show.....which is very probable, then you will be taking their spot. i would say you have a solid chance of being able to play if you come out, as well as getting lunch. but once again i can make no promises. i cant ruin the experience for those who signed up first by crowding people all over the field.
