the bbq is coming very quickly, make sure you sign up by thursday if you want lunch included with your entry fee, if not feel free to show up the day of the event and possibly get lunch, entry will still be $5 reguardless.

Is there a phone number for someone that is coordinating this event? Just in case someone gets lost on the way to the game? It's about 1.5 hr drive for me and I would hate to miss the event just because I could not get a hold of someone...
