I might agree with the idea that they're doing this to feed their families and survive, but that does'nt make it any less sadistic. They may not have a choice in what they're doing for a living, but they absolutely have a choice in how they do it!!

There is no reason to skin a live animal. Period. I'm not an avid hunter, but I've helped skin a couple deer and elk, and even some rabbits. The same knives they're using to skin these animals can easily cut the animal's throat (while they're knocked out) and let them die before they start skinning them. You can't excuse that kind of behavior.

Maybe we can't crusade and "fix" every problem out there, but there's no reason to give things like this a pass. Yeah the world's a brutal place. But excessive violence is still "excessive".
