« on: July 19, 2009, 11:17:00 AM »
Hey guys im currently debating these two vests they're basically the same thing but with a different camo pattern but vest 2 costs $5 more. Which one of these do you think woulde be better here in az?

Your decision should be contingent on what pattern you plan to wear more.

Personally I think you will find the second pattern more useful in the sense that a lot of games tend to use ACU and multicam as a balancing side.

Are you going to be participating in CQB or Missilm, which would be better for you.The ACU would look pretty good for indoor or shady spots outdoors but we live in Arizona, so not that easy  ,The desert camo would be good if you do participate in Outdoor games, but I'm afraid the vest itself would be heat retaining. There is some pretty cheap chest rigs with several pouches on them but no Cross-draw pistol holster.I'll give you a link.

But ACU for this wouldn't be that bad with a DCU BDU.
Hope I was helpful :D

That's a no-no around these boards, I wouldn't bother asking why it is the way it is unless you want to take a big bite of a shit sandwich.

 What?

Wearing ranks or unit patches if you've never served a tour in the military.

Buy Desert, because u can use it with pretty much every pattern. Also (this is just my opinion) i think matching rigs/vest and Utilities/BDU's looks really lame. And yea don't go around buying/wearing ranks if you never have earned them. Same with unit patches or like EGA's, again if you have never earned them.
