The G&G Combat Machine at Evike.com for $140 is a amazing gun. It has the exact same gearbox as the pro line! It has AMAZING externals also. I highly reccomend it.

As has already been discussed, no the combat machines do not have the same internals as the prolines.

Proof please.
It may have a few small differences, but it is still almost exactly the same. Have you even owned both the pro line G&G M4 and the Combat Machine G&G M4?

Yes.

Even if it's only a few "small" differences, that means they are still different not "exactly the same" as you stated.  Which means you were still wrong.

Thanks for playing though.

Differences-
Cylinder head
Piston head does not have bearings
Cylinder is different
Spring guide does not have bearings
Bushings instead of bearings.

I would give you "proof," but ASF is down right now.

This is proof enough for me, as if the price difference wasn't enough to justify it. Why would G&G charge (x) less if it was the same one they could sell for (x1)? Thats just bad business.

\"Friendly fire isn\'t\"
If a speeding pellet in a quiet woods hits a noob in the face, and he cries, does anyone care?

To the best of my knowledge, the only "Sportline" that is 100% identical internally to their "proline" model are the ICS Sportlines.  All the other ones use different parts.

Scroll down, you will see the internal part.

These are the differences between the Proline version and the Plastica.

G&G CM is probably the best gun for it's price though. (or so I hear)  Plastica only beats it do to the nylon fiber externals and slightly nicer internals.  (no personal experience here, just from what I've gathered on forums)

It is usually best to avoid any advice given on airsoftforum.com, I think they are mainly made up of conspiracy theorists and 12-yearolds.
