starvation = not eating... whether it be not be eating meat or vegetables.. at that point you are being a vegetarian you are being malnourished.

Half the time, whenever you see a PETA protest or ad featuring a naked celebrity (which I have no idea what that has to do with animals), it's common to see attractive women.  Next to drugs, cosmetics rank at the top of things tested on animals.  So obviously, PETA is just as ridiculous as most other fanatical organizations.  Just another cause for blowhards with too much time to jump on.

I was directing it towards what axis said about him being a vegitarian but still being fat. The little shrines that portray him as being the really fat guy are a misconception, he almost starved himself to death when he first started out, then the whole vegitarian thing started.[so my philosophy professor says]

My point still stands that being a vegetarian doesn't make you skinny, and in fact it is very possibly to be overweight without eating meat. Easy, in fact, since an imbalance of certain vitamins and minerals contained in many proteins causes thyroid malfunction. So if you skimp on the legumes, and don't eat meat... chances are you will become obese in a short while.

The one I like is when you see them at a RALLY and notice them with leather shoes or belts....... Thats classic comedy!!!!!!
