MTT Games location
« on: November 28, 2009, 11:49:59 AM »
By the by, you might want to mention in the directions that it includes 3+ miles on a dirt road that lowered cars wont make it on. Your directions just say "right on 419th ave, 2 miles past wash, make a left"... might wanna mention you have to drive THROUGH a wash, not simply "past" one.

Thanks for making me drive 240miles for nothing.

Not really, a xb has a little more ground clearance then a lowered car.

To the OP, I have played out there and Mike has graciously found me a ride out to the field since all i had was my Mustang. You could have called the number provided in the emails.

Sorry to hear that you had difficulties getting out to the UAC.

Guests to our property should visit www.Marauders.us for more information about the location and road conditions.   Visitors also have the option of emailing our staff for more recent info at MTTStaff@gmail.com

As for the wash, we have had all types of vehicles pass through it.

Me and my brother drove out there and seriously couldn't find the place.  We never saw a sign at all.  Saw a bull though.

Strange, I had no issue finding it the first time with the copy and paste instruction from MTT staff when registering for an event a few months back.  Heck with about 5 minutes of google earth work I was able to deduce the exact GPS coordinates and map a path that took us from Tucson all the way into the AO without ever passing through casa grande on I10 (Back road out of Gila Bend on the I8).  Also, it was worth noting that we saw an old chevy sedan and a VW jetta make that wash bed crossing with little effort on that trip...  I guess each persons mileage may vary based on natural talent in basic land navigation, sorry you guys had a bad experience finding the place...
