What type of battery are you charging? The only answer I know for sure is 3.-let it cool down

you should always wait until it is fully charged or your battery will start to false peak
2.-  if the battery  is to hot   and i unplug it... i wait a little  and  reconnect it and  wait for the green light??if its getting real hot than your charger is pushing to much threw it. Check your charger

3.- when the battery is full charge and  HOT !!!  i can use it right away ????/   or i have to wait to cool down???
yes you can use it right away but it will drain quicker but what do you mean by hot like you cant touch it to your face or just warm cuz your batteries will always get warm

This generally means you're charging them too fast, or your charger is overcharging them.
In either case, if the battery gets hot, unplug the battery, let it cool down, maybe start charging it again.

Your charger might not be working properly also... or amperage setting might be too high. If the charge speed is adjustable, set it so that it's charging at 1C or lower. (for a 1000mAh battery, 1C is 1000mA, for a 4200mAh battery, it's 420mA... so on and so forth)

Are you using ni-cd or ni-mh? in the past when used ni-cd i used to charge them real slow at half the amount recomended cuz you can actually train those batteries to hold more so after around 5 charges and discharges you can have those batteries at around 2300 to 2500mha. in rc racing i went from only doing a 8 min main with one set to the hole 10 min without pitting
