Great, thanks Whiskey.  Ive been using TSD BBS(cheapest i could find), so thats part of my problem too.

Yeah, in my experience, TSD bbs perform very poorly.  The accuracy and range with them is terrible.  Pick up some G&Gs, Goldeballs, or BB King bbs (my favorite).

TSD .20's aren't that bad imo. Goldenballs, G&G, airsoft elite, airsplat's brand, and PHX are better though.

What it comes down to I have notice when buying BB's is you get what you pay for. Like everything else in life.

Goldenball are cheaper. G&G are cheaper. Airsplat are similar priced. PHX and AE both cost more, but still not by much.

One thing I suggest doing with Goldenball bbs is washing them.  GB bbs come with a nasty coating on the bbs that leaves a ton of residue in the barrel.

Here's a video I made on how to do that.

G&G and BB King bbs don't have this problem.

If you have to wash your bb's before use, you're using the wrong bb's...

I have used excel, Killer Beez and infinity bb's with success.

I ordered mine from Pointact.  After like 100 rounds, I could see some black sludge in my barrel.  (My other bbs didn't do this)

Goldenball bbs have been known to do this.  You can't see the coating on the bb or anything, it's when you shoot them, the coating rubs off in your barrel.

All bbs have a coating, GB bbs have too much or something.  KSC isn't the greatest either.  (nowhere near as bad as Goldenball bbs though)

my barrels don't so much as put any gray onto a cleaning patch when I clean my barrels. My AK usually gets about 1000 rounds between cleanings, while my SR16 gets about 400 rounds between cleanings.

Hm.....idk then.  It might be possible they have changed the bbs since I've had them.  (around a year ago)  Or mine were fakes.......which I doubt.

1000 rounds?  400 rounds?  Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?  I understand it's Arizona, and sand gets everywhere, but 1000 rounds?  400 ROUNDS?  Really?  Anal much?  I went 50,000 rounds before cleaning any of my AEG's in my breif stint in AZ and they where not that dirty...  Less than 15000 rounds and I worry about your hop up bucking wearing out prematurely from having a cleaning rod jammed down it that often.  I take it you dont go through very many rounds in a game then?
