If you above 13 you can play by yourself last i checked, all you need to do is go to fighter-town's site and download and fill out the waiver and bring it to them

Here are some answers to some questions.

Q: What is the age restriction for the game?
A: Fighter Town and MTT authorize players 12 and up with a waiver.  Download and print the waiver at www.Fightertownpaintball.com

Q: Why does the game cost $30/$40?
A: Regular game admission at FT is $20.  Op Blood Money will feature a raffle, props, and prizes that can be won by game play.  The extra admission money is used to offset these costs.

Q: What type of scenarios will the game feature?
A: OP Blood Money is designed to give players what they want.  For example, some players just want to run and gun.  These type of players should sign up for the People's Revolutionary Army.  Their adventure will primarily consist of attacking government troops and locations.  These players won't really have a chance to earn any "Blood Money" to win prizes as they usually get arrested or "killed".

Other players will want to try their hand at being part of a cartel and rise to power through drug deals, assassinations, bribes, and the sale of intelligence.  These players will probably carry a concealed pistol or smg, but will only use the weapon in self defense or executing an informant or prisoner.  These players usually make a small fortune during the game and will win a prize.

Finally, a few enterprising players will figure out how to manipulate all the teams and form their own "criminal syndicate".  These players will use force when necessary to take what they want but will also be able to negotiate with those in power to sell their services.  These players usually make the most money in the game and may win multiple prizes.

Mission profiles and operational information will be emailed to those who register and prepay at Gearbox Airsoft by June 20. Rules will be emailed to all players who register by June 25.  Mission information and initial intelligence will be proved about 30 minutes before the first mission at the event.

The game rules for OP: Blood Money are now available at the following link.  Missions will only be sent to players registered and paid at Gearbox Airsoft.

While it may seem that there are pages and pages of rules, please remember the disclaimer for the game:

Op: Blood Money is a highly complex scenario game designed to force participants to use negotiation, deception, and intelligence gathering skills. The subject of the operation focuses upon the drug wars being waged in Mexico and maybe inappropriate for some participants.

Reading and comprehending the rules will allow you to succeed at the event.  Those who show up the day of the game and hope to learn the rules in the 15 minute briefing usually won't do very well at the game.  Feel free to post up your questions about the event and rules.

Me and my friend might join PRA. My parents are worried about heat. Is there any way I can be shure that there will be a way to keep hydrated and cool?

If you still believe that airsoft is for 18+, you haven't played in America.

The staging area has tables and is covered. and last time you could buy drinks. Just bring a Camel pack or a water cooler and you should be fine.

..and? we live in the desert.. it is like this every summer.. if you don't have some type of hydration carrier then I would strongly suggest you invest in one, otherwise you'll have EMT's shoving electrolyte IV's into your arm and I can almost guarantee that will upset your parents

hydration should commence 48 hours prior to your extended strenuous excercise, and should continue through the said excercise

get a camelbak/bladder pack. bring a cooler with you full of drinks. that is what we do ;)

For those concerned about the heat.

Consider that most players will be on the cartel or PRA.  This means you don't need to wear military uniforms with bulky tactical gear.  Additionally, this is not the type of game where you constantly run around engaging targets.  Finally, players can exit and reenter the game from their staging areas throughout the missions to take breaks.

There will be 30 minute breaks in between each mission to give players time to hydrate and plan their next missions.

Do you have an updated roster for the game? Tastyfish and myself registered at Gearbox over the weekend but nobody knew what the total count was.
