What type of lipo do you run as far as MaH? I’m going to keep the battery in the hand guard for now. So any suggestions would help alot. What charger do you have or would recommend?
Well i don't know about Lipo's but any "smart" charger would work. don't use the wall ones that usually come with the guns
if u use a regular smart charger it will destroy the lipo battery. your gana need a special charger to balance the battery other wish kaboom. i have experience with this when we used lipos in FIRST Robotics back in highschool bad jojo using a regular smart charger.
Thats correct. "smart chargers" unless they are specifically designed for Lipo batteries will either catch your lipo on fire or explode.
there is one other thing that could occur charging a lipo on a regular smart charger. it can release a toxic gas. i dont remember the chemical name but it can kill you rather quickly
