The Xenomorph incident

UPDATE: Please make sure you read through all the info listed below. If you read it, please read it again. We have had a few people asking questions about game details that are already listed and want to make sure everyone is prepared for The Xenomorph Incident. Make sure you are prepared for your team's limitations and guidelines such as hi-cap vs. mid-cap, semi- or full-auto, limited or unlimited ammo. We would like for everything to go as smooth as possible the day of the event. We appreciate your attendance and cooperation and look forward to seeing you all out there.


Game info:
When-September,18 doors open at 4:00
Where-Cowtown Paintball/ airsoft
FPS Limits AEG=400 FPS, Semi Auto=450 FPS, and Bolt Actions= 500 FPS all with .20g bb
Price- $15 pre registered at Commandpost or at Cowtown (Cash only) . $25 at the door (Cash or Card). Alien registration is $10 pre registered $20 at the door. This is because we do not need to buy chem lights and other materials for the Alien team. Entry comes with TWO raffle tickets and more can be purchased at the event.(Cash only)we will be raffling off a Echo 1 m14, gear, 1 one year pass and 3 three month passes to cowtown, passes to LanSpeed Games, MTT passes, and much much more

Story-This Airsoft adventure takes place on a barren mine somewhere deep in space. Not much happens on this deserted colony until the miners dug too deep and unleashed something. This adventure will pit the vile horrors of insectoid Aliens against a small group of Planetary Defense Force (PDF) militia members who are trying to survive long enough to escape in order to warn other colonies of this alien horror. Meanwhile a group of Colonial Marines is dispatched to make sure this Alien infestation, or any word of it never spreads.

Forces-

Aliens: (no player limit) Uniform-Civilian black clothes preferred
Semi-auto, unlimited ammo, infinite re-spawns, melee, “Stealth”

PDF: (30 player limit) Uniform-Woodland BDU, woodland MARPAT, Multicam, Tiger stripe,ACU
Limited ammo, 1 smart gunner (SAW), Green chem lights (will be provided)

Colonial Marines: (20 player limit) Uniform-DCU 3 or 5 color, Desert MARPAT,flat tan
Unlimited ammo, 3 smart gunners, 4 medics, Orange Chem lights (will be provided)

Equipment needed: Sealed eye protection and filled out wavier that can be filled out at the field as well as online at http://www.cowtownpaintball.com
Recommended: Flash light, Radio, sleeved uniform or jacket, boots, scratch paper and pen

Before you ask about the complete rules note that they will not be released until the day of the event because each team will know different information about the others. For example, Colonial Marines who just landed would not know the Aliens full capabilities or what the PDF was planning, while the PDF who have been fighting for survival would know their enemy but they might not know the Marines true mission for arriving.

Rules: PDF and Marines can only have Mid Caps. PDF start with limited ammo.
Aliens can have any type of mag.
Smart gunners are people who have been designated to carry a SAW, please PM Phoenix Shadow Company if you would like to be considered for this position.
Grenades can be used for this game.
MELEE PHYSICAL CONTACT IS NOT TO BE MADE WITH ANY PLAYER OTHER THAN TO ASSIST THEM WITH THE PLAYERS CONSENT EXCEPT WITH A STAFF APPROVED ALIEN MELEE WEAPON. These weapons can be foam pool noodles or Nerf swords. This is to allow members on the Alien team to make stealth kills without giving away their position.

Ill be attending and acting as the PDF commander so if you are interested in a Smart gun position PM me as well as PhoenixShadowCompany. Additionaly, I will be bringing at least two others with me, I will find out what team they will be on shortly.

Will try to make it, will be a marine.

Also,  I just picked up some 3 color desert BDU's at us surplus on 67th and mcdowell, excited to start playing.  They had a lot of old gas masks there pretty cheap.  Might be something to consider picking up for the aliens (somewhat insectoid looking).
