The love of the game!!

I have only been in airsoft for a few months and love it!

We need to keep up the activities and events to promote it as much as we can...

We need to host more events, especially here locally in the valley and broaden our turnouts as best we can.....

Some people need to work through any issues they have with others and enjoy the sport...For example, we should have healthy competition and events held

between teams. All sports have competition, airsoft is no different. These aren't squirt guns that you play with after school with your 2nd grade buddies....

There are many more games and Mil Sim Ops that can be planned out. Just think of the games that could develop from time spent focusing on outlines for new Mil Sims, instead of picking on others

in these forums and discussions, especially when were all collectively in the same sport with each other....Put your minds to better things. We need to lift each other up, not tear one another

down. Everyone will be better people for it.....Next time you think of posting a sarcastic or rude comment on these forums, try going outside with your airsoft gun and shooting some safe targets.

this post brings up a big point. we need to work together. this means everyone, both users and mods. if we are insulting each other, burning each other, or spreading rumors because you wana get revenge you are doing nothing but destroying the sport. i have witnessed this with two people i personally know  heckler 91 and Wayney_Boy both have left the sport due to these issues. Im sure that there has been many more. this is not just caused by the users on AA but also the mods. i personally had a parent ask me information about a mod because he was being vulgar and disrespectful to her son. i personally do not know what was said by either partys i do know the name of the mod but at either rate that is a bad example and it makes this website and the airsoft community look bad. the point being is if we want to ever get like airsoft LA which has over 80,000 airsofters we need to learn to set aside personal issues to the side and work together. we need to show an example to the young ones being they are the future of airsoft. because who's going to take over when were either to old or have a family and cant play if we scare them all away. if we as a hole work together we will be able to make airsoft more popular and maybe someday rend paintball obsolete. but if we fight bicker and act like children this sport like much others will dissipate to nothing. so like WOLFSPEC said above (Some people need to work through any issues they have with others and enjoy the sport...For example, we should have healthy competition and events held between teams.  also treeing people like crap because they cant spell falls under this issue. there was a study done at Cambridge university that showed 85% of Americans cannot spell some of the most basic words in the dictation. however these 85% of people are some of the people who run this country. CEO's government officials, law enforcement, military personnel and even Teachers. were all professions that were used in the study and all had a majority that could not spell some of the most basic words. so to make fun of someone because you can maybe excell more in spelling doesn't mean anything because 99 out of 100% of the time they are the ones who are excelling in other fields that you completely suck at. a good example is Albert Einstein probably the smartest man in the world. he had a 2nd grad spelling level and got lost going from his lab to his house which was 2 blocks away. or Michio Kaku who is an is an American theoretical physicist specializing in string field theory, and a futurist who is a world renowned physicist  and also has a grade school spelling level. point being is you may think you are smarter than someone because you can spell better but out of all the fields of knowledge spelling is on the lower of the pedestal
