re reading the game info i began to question  the perks...

why would the camera man get free admission to a game he/she is  taking photos at?... you expect me or any other  camera to run a gun and take photos?

fat chance!

But does it work well?  That is the question.  If it is not accurate, has a craptastic ROF, and a low FPS, then what is the point?

if he gets the drop on you (which he will)..then none of that matters.

when he has hundreds of rounds at his disposal without having to reload (drum magazine); he can keep your head down for a bit longer while a few of us flank you (which we will).

i think either of those could be "the point"

good teamwork in the field can compensate for lack of extremely high performance equipment. i had a $600 rifle stop working in the field at the last game while his still performed fine with it's stock gearbox and clear plastic body, go figure

No the designated camera man will not be shooting. all he is doing is taking pictures. Because he will not be shooting or being shot at he will be free.
