Same for me.

I tried to order from them about 4-5 days ago, and both credit cards I tried would not work.  I emailed them with the problem and have not recieved a reply yet.  Strange indeed.

It looks like their nameserver at the parent nameserver is not responding:

ns1.polyactive.net.
ns2.polyactive.net.

I also noticed that there is no MX record for their domain (the6mmshop.com) which will preclude them from getting ANY email (most likely related to the above problem, but not necessarily).

OK, I logged into the website today and here is what I saw:

T E M P O R A R Y   O U T A G E
The 6mm Shop is currently experiencing technical difficulties and will be temporarily unavailable for processing orders. We expect to have services returned by the following business day and want to thank everyone for their patience and continued support as we work to resolve the issue. If you have a pending order, or would like to place a manual order at this time you may do so by contacting us at sales@the6mmshop.com and we will be delighted to help.

Thank you for your support!

There's my answer!

Their site is back up and running. Here is what they are saying about it:

Temporary Outage: The 6mm Shop and its development staff apologize for the recent outages cause by a change in our cart systems. The situation has been fully corrected and customers can now continue to place and manage their orders with us. We want to thank everyone for their patience during this period, and appreciate your continued support. Thanks and happy shopping!

6mm Shop?
« Reply #9 on: January 13, 2004, 12:26:58 PM »
I have been trying for a few days to get onto The 6mm Shop's website and there doesn't seem to be a website anymore. Does anyone know if they are still in business and/or if they'd changed web addresses or what?
