Halloween?
« on: October 16, 2010, 06:45:23 AM »
What're you going to be?
I spent like 40 dollars and three weeks constructing my costume last year (Sasuke from Naruto - an anime character), and don't have the same desire to do that this year.
SO, I think I'm just going to hit up my local frat party in my GI Gear haha.  Nice and easy.

Only reason for my costume is to honor my new Betta fish (deadfi5h, derived from the DJ deadmau5) :) and no, I'm not going as a betta lol. I'm working on a pair of phat pants, and a mau5head. Probably going to put some LEDs in the eyes, and maybe some EL wire through the ears and around the head to give a nice outline...

Or I could just go as the unemployed waiter... right Vince?

naruto is gay, pick is gay, deadmau5 is gay, and unemployed waiters are also gay.

in addition, $40 for cosplay isn't that much..  :)

as to the original question.. jedi's ofc. and then we're re-using them for tucson's little con the next week  ;)

Carbon, My GF has verbally agreed with you. Upon reading this topic over my shoulder, she merely exclaimed "How gay".

Last year we put on our combat gear and jumped out of dark areas, scaring the shit out of kids.  It was pretty funny and I'm thinking about doing the same again this year.  Got a lot of complements on our costumes, too.

Considering the fact I dressed up as a soldier walking around Iraq, I was thinking of just wearing normal people clothes this year.

Or, I might just find some way to scare the little kids and get free candy.

If you see a guy wearing a suit and a blue demon luchadore mask on mill that night that's my costume.

I've done the army guy too many years in a row. Time for a change
