Task Force Ranger Training Missions Jan. 2

Marauders Tactical Training is hosting a series of training missions on, Sunday, Jan. 2 at Fighter Town from 9 am - 4pm.
The event is designed to prepare players who will serve on Task Force Ranger at the Jan. 16 milsim game, Black Hawk Down: Battle of Mogadishu.

About TFR Training Missions

Participants will complete a series of individual and fire team training exercises that include:
-Test of weapon safety and individual marksmanship
-Individual move and shoot obstacle course
-Paired move and shoot obstacle course
-Fire team room clearing obstacle course

Upon completion of the qualifying exercises, participants will complete a series of training missions against staff OPFOR to prepare for BHD missions. These training missions will include:

-Take down of target building and extraction of high value targets
-Team movement to helicopter crash site
-Introduction to vehicle operations and reacting to near ambush

Sealed Eye Protection
Military Uniform (DCU/ACU)
AEG < 375 with .25 bb's
Non Winding Magazines
Tactical Vest or Load Bearing Equipment

MTT would like to remind those players interested in playing on Task Force Ranger about the upcoming training missions to be held on Dec. 26 and Jan. 2.

The two dates will be the only opportunities for players to qualify for a slot on the two Ranger chalks or the Delta Assaulters.

Can you take the ranger training course if your going to play Iranian?

Anyone can participate in the Task Force Ranger Training Missions at Fighter Town.  

Although military personnnel (active, reserve, guard, and veteran) are not required to attent the TFR training missions, the events are designed to give TFR a chance to meet and train on the objectives.

Reserve your space at the training programs by sending an email with your name, age, and telephone number to MTTStaff@gmail.com  

Those signed up for the class can pay on the day of the training missions.

Admission to each TFR Training Missions is $20 for the general public and $10 for MTT Annual and Season Pass Owners.

Players may prepay for the game at any MTT event or Gearbox Airsoft by Jan. 8.

Participants who are 15 and up can attend the Task Force Ranger Training Missions.

Those who are under 15 can participate with a parent or guardian at Fighter Town.

The first TFR Training Missions is coming up on Sunday, Dec. 26.  Our staff is looking forward to a great day of training and airsoft adventure at Fighter Town.

The final TFR Training Missions will take place this weekend on Sunday, January 2 at Fighter Town.

This is your final opportuntity to qualify for Task Force Ranger or qualify for Delta if you are planning on attending BHD.

The training is designed to:
1 Help test your individual equipment and weapons
2 Hone your individual tactics
3 Meet and work with some of your team and leadership
4 Gain an understanding of the game rules, missions and actions on objectives

Unlike other airsoft events, BHD's missions are closer to battle reenactments based upon the Battle of Mogadishu rather than an undetermined sequence of game missions that affect each other.

As this will be the third evolution of this event, our staff believes that it will be the most intense and fun version of the operation held at Fighter Town.
