And xavier needs to get off his damn high horse and stop acting like he's some sort of immortal god.

He's not, he has probably been doing this longer than most of us and has had more experience.

That doesn't mean he has to give his advice with such a dicky attitude. From my first day on this forum I've seen him do nothing but berate and belittle people for even the slightest mistake. He's someone with authority who doesn't know how to wield it.

For the record, are you saying almost burning down a house is a slight mistake?

This has gotten kind of annoying. Was just trying to tell a story with some humor added in there. It's a little too much for this forum apparently haha.

And for the record, I do own a fire extinguisher :P so it would not have been the end of the world.

Like I said, lesson learned. Just accept it and move on lol.

I'm on this website to have fun, to gain useful airsoft information, and to trade. I am not on it to bicker. I'de imagine you guys are on it for the same reason.
In my opinion this forum is a slightly "hostile" environment. I have found myself to no longer really enjoy it other than to sell my airsoft equipment.
The amount of smerky comments nearly surpasses the amount of valuable ones. I'm not saying that I have not said some here and there.

This will be one of my last comments on this forum, so I wish you all happy airsofting.

a bucket of sand and a lipo-sack are probably your best friends when it comes to charging these type of batteries.

as far as this forum being "hostile".. people get what they ask for, especially kids that run their mouths at inappropriate times. if you can't handle a little bit of sarcasm in response to issues that could easily be solved by using your favorite search engine or stupid remarks that have no place, this probably isn't the best place to discuss such things.. also, mil-sim airsoft is smack dab in the middle between the weapons and military "communities", neither of which are known for rainbows and happy endings.

with all due respect, everyone complaining needs to suck it up and grow some skin or GTFO. that is all

I have a random idea that always works for me when I get pissed off at someone I go airsofting with. Get a game together and shoot the shit out of each other. Best stress relief ever and if you are ever privileged to go to an event with mace and don't like him make sure your on the opposite side and let the best shot win. I love airsoft so little stress so much relief.... hehehaha

I was there.  Oddly enough, I didn't have anyone call me names.  Other than maybe the guy who I lit up in the ass.
