How do i post pictures?  I heard you need  to use photobucket or somthing?

I use Photobucket.com and use the IMG code. It can be found usually on the right hand side or just underneath the picture.

Or imageshack.us.  You don't need an account, and the pictures seem to stay up for ever.

Yes. Create a photobucket or other picture hosting account. Upload the pictures you want making sure to use the appropriate screen size. Then paste the image URL in-between the [IMG] brackets. Preview the post, to make sure you made the picture the right size and that the image code displays it properly and you are done.
