All a matter of preference.

M60 has the wow factor.  Everybody has an M249.  The VN also has a longer barrel, but is 30 lbs.  The ammo box also gets in the way.

Stick with a M249, M60 is hard to shoulder around for small field style of play. If you like to run, the lighter and more compact, the better.

yea, I'd say the M249 PARA, if you like that one. It has a collapsable stock and a shorter barrel

249.. mod it into a MK46 or 48. The only 60 that is practical would be the Mk43 but its still lengthy and doesnt really give you a caliber advantage so unless your going for looks then the answer is obvious. The best AEW SAW that is realistic would be one with a shorter barrel and a para stock.

Unless your a smaller guy, than I guess m249 will have to do.

Unless you going with the VFC, dont get a 60 if you do...get the MK43 Mod 0. Ive owned two, the TOP limited MK43 broke the first game... So after that i went with a simple CA 249, had fun customizing it to need. Lots of options for the SAW, limited for the 60. you work construction, so I imagine a few pounds isnt going to be a problem. Either one is better then a super upgraded mp5 with a box mag lol.

Um... wtf are you talking about?  There are plenty of M60s out there that work.  Upgrade options for M60 are exactly the same as with a 249, and my A&K is going on 6 months no problems.  Furthermore, no 249 can give you a 590mm barrel.

Plus Rambo uses my gun.  Don't you wanna be cool like Rambo?

Rambo ????    I beeb thinking a looks like "MACHETE"  but rambo looks better with gun.

...?  I uh...  I'm quite sure I don't have you confused for someone else, as I didn't infer you as anyone in my post.  Furthermore, I was correcting your statement about "options" being "limited for the 60", as they are the same gearbox and hopup.  I also didn't contradict or put down your opinion, only gave my own.  Chill out, before you trip and get your ankle stuck up your ass.
