Vanguard 16+ Summer Hours!

Vanguard Indoor Airsoft is introducing special 16 yrs & older summer hours! Friday nights 8-2am for $20. ALL players MUST BE 16 or older to participate. IDs or valid proof of age must be provided to gain entry.

We will begin using the IEDs during these times. Only those players that have been through the AOD clinics will have access to these kits. Names of AOD graduates will be recorded for reference. Sign up soon!!

Once we see how popular this session slot is, we will decide whether to add an additional session slot and if we will continue it throughout the year.

Because we don't allow alcohol inside the store or any players that have been drinking into the arena, we don't see a necessity for a 21+ session at this time. We will revisit the possibilities of other age group sessions once we see the popularity and ages of those attending these new sessions. However, our policies on alcohol will not change and any player caught intoxicated or sneaking in alcohol will be removed from the arena.

I think Irish was asking about a 21+ for maturity purposes more than anything

LOL  I cant stop laughing.  I wouldn't get boozed up, thats for after.  Nice and invincible, filled with liquid courage.  

I have noticed, that the younger guys are supermen, and never get shot.  I do enjoy playing with more maturity people.  They tend to call there hits, even when there not sure, how they got hit.

I have only once not called my hit.  Brad shot me, and i couldnt see him, and breech told me, you didnt get shot that was a ricochet.  untill i got hit again.  I know i had gotten hit, then, when i walked out of the bunker, there was brad, 30 or so feet, shooting threw a tree.

thats were full auto comes in so they cant mistaken getting hit wen 10 bbs are consecutively hitting them..even tho it will still happen...just hold down the trigger longer!....ok ok so mayb thats not the best way to handle things but you know they will think twice before not calling their hits.

You guys should just do a session for "experienced" players, like Tac City in California does.  That way it is just those who are more advanced AND all ages (especially because some kids are just as good if not better than some adults).  Just because they are older doesn't mean they are any more mentally mature than SOME kids... I'm just saying.

I understand where you're coming from with this methodology. We thought about it originally, but it would be difficult to pull apart who would be deemed as "experienced" and by what/whose standards. We will keep this in mind however, as we see how popular this session is and whether we need to add another session or continue it after the summer.

By saying experienced players only though, it would "scare away" the inexperienced players that want to go play with the big dogs.  Even if some not as good players come, they will realize what they've gotten into as soon as they play the first match!  :lol:
