We have a good amount of sponsors for the event so far.

Henry from Fighter Town is working on getting other sponsors so we will have a lot of things to give away.

This is a great idea! A great way to get the sport of airsoft a better rep with the public. There should be more charity events like this that we can get involved in and give back to our communities.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the Fighter Town staff will be taking care of the game play. We want everyone to have a good time regardless of who it is.

What does this mean? 
I was actually thinking of coming out for this as I have never been to Fightertown and the charity is a good excuse to come check it out.

It just means that the Fighter Town refs will be on the field and doing game control. We will just give them all the information for the games.
This way everyone gets to play

This is correct.  Fighterown staff will be on the field to enforce safety and watching for cheating.  It is difficult to ref airsoft but if they see obvious cheating they will say something.  They will handle disagreements and make sure all issues are taken off the field so it does not hinder game play.  Off the field they will be watching for barrel covers that are required by all plays.  Before anyone enters the property they must have a cover on their barrel.
