A friend and I are experienced craftsmen and make a few kydex holsters / mag carrier ourselves. What area do you need the MOLLE / PALS webbing to attach to? In what orientation are you intending to carry the glock?

Awesome, that's how I carry my sidearm too! I use a serpa (made of CF, not kydex) with a level 2 active retention, attached to a S.T.R.I.K.E. plate for my KWA USP, facing left, right handed draw.

-Have you done chest carry before?
-What kind of retention / locking system are you looking for?

Most of the kydex holsters I've seen either have a hood that swings over the back of the slide, or they just hold the gun in with tension from the fitted contour of the gun (mostly the trigger guard). Both have their flaws for chest carry, which is why I think the lvl 2 serpa is best for that method of carry since its release button is so slim and low profile.
