Sending an email isn't necessary.  There will be a programming/notes section when you buy the radio, just notate you would like it programmed for Airsoft Arizona frequencies.  They will take care of the rest.

haha. Archer. I got a refurbished radio. But they are still pretty expensive. Iv saved uo for a coupke weekd to buy one also. Airsoft is alot cheaper compared to my old hobby. I just got out of playing competitve paimtball for 15 years.

Yeah the only way your're going to break it is if you loan it to the clumsy or accident prone and it sustains multiple drops off an 8ft. ladder.
