Dmr?
« on: September 12, 2011, 01:12:15 PM »
I just picked up a new g&g gr-15 ebb and iv been seeing alot on here about dmr's. Is there anything specific I need to do in order to make my new rifle into a dmr? Iv allready got a gemteck on it and plan on putting a tbb that nearly comes to the end of the suppressor. But in order for a dmr does it have to shoot semi only? Or can it be aemi and full auto? Also can a dmr shoot 500 or is it just normal 400 fps as all feild legal aeg r?

If you want it to shoot over 400 then It will have to be semi only. This can be done by making a small modification to the tapet plate.(I don't personally know how) I would say do what you want to the gun.(TBB, Hop up, scope, externals) and see how you like it as it stands there. If you want to put the extra money into it then I would say upgrade motor, gears, possible the piston and I'd say put a mosfet in it. After all that, do the spring to make it shoot around 500fps.

There's a lot more to it than just making it shoot fast, right? :)
