Bang bang is for one person
I don't think there's a gang bang rule
Surrender rules are appropriate for a 1 on 1 encounter with clear advantage, but a single man cannot claim multiple surrender kills.
Tell that to the refs who run Vanguard. I quit playing there because of their "surrender" rules. You have a noob with a gas pistol going room to room shouting "surrender" in each room he enters. I shoot him with my AK. He tells the ref that I shot him after telling the four of us in the room to surrender, the ref tells me that the whole room has to surrender when someone shouts that B.S.
Look, I paid $20 to play CQB airsoft, not play a shouting match.
I did do a surrender once to somebody there where I put the barrel of my SPAS 12 to their back and yelled surrender. Okay that's legit, but having a gas pistol and telling 4 guys with AEGs in room to surrender is totally asinine. Granted he may of gotten
one of us 4 out, but I was easily able to take him down so he wasn't in the proper position to call surrender.
And don't get me started about "Team VIP" blatantly not calling their hits and doing the "gangbang" surrender tactics of telling "rooms" to surrender.
Anyways here is a 42 second POV VIDEO of a "Gangbang Surrender" that's commonplace at Vanguard...
http://youtu.be/YZal5Dz2N9wAs a note this video is of a different guy than the one I mentioned earlier in this post, but it's a perfect illustration of what goes on there.
Whoever shouts "Surrender" the fastest wins the match at Vanguard.
I'm not posting this to knock down Vanguard because it is a good field, but that place isn't for me personally because I don't like to play that way and I agree with the others I quoted on this AA forum on how the surrender rule shall be implemented. Having "rooms" surrender is not very fun. I prefer to 'nade a room and rush in there and pick off the survivors than just to shout "surrender" through a hole in the wall.
