M16A3 Decision
« on: October 29, 2011, 07:54:28 AM »
So I'm looking from moving on from my G36 to a M16A3 and am tuck between a couple of brands. I'm thinking I'm going to go with the KWA, but there are also the ICS, G&G, and AGM M16's. Out of these brands are there any better ones than KWA when it comes to internals, functions etc.

Thanks

I'd recomend G&P as well. Performance, fit and function are superior.
Leave it stock and it will perform great for years.

VFC perhaps too. KWA is very solid as well.

I'm contomplating the G&P but I cannot find any videos that prove that the G&P has a better gearbox than KWA"s 2GX and their 'ipo ready' motto is proven, and I have not found too many video's of people venturing out into the Lipo realm with the G&P

Kwa's have proprietary parts so if something breaks, most of the time you're going to have to buy a kwa part while g&p's internals are completely V.2 compatible. Also G&P's externals are superior to just about everyone else except to vfc in my opinion. I'd suggest G&P over KWA, but I'm a little biased.

KWA's claim is proven BS, ANY gun is 7.2v lipo ready. My G&P put out 30+ rps on an 11.1v lipo for about two months before running out the tappet. My G&P running on a 9.6v puts out about 20rps, and it has been stock for years, 380fps, works great

They are just G&G Combat Machines with new goodies bolted on.  Not necessarily a bad thing but they aren't as nice as the other options you were looking at.
