Event information has been sent out to registered participants.  If you did not receive a confirmation email for the game, one of the following occured:

1) You did not register at Gearbox or The Command Post
2) You did not purchase a ticket through Havoc War Games Google Checkout
3) The email written on your registration page at the sponsor location was illegible and you did not send a registration email to confirm your attendance.

Please complete the following checklist to help our staff expedite the registration process on game day.

1.  Visit www.fightertownpaintballpark.com to print and complete a copy of the waiver.  Directions are also available at Fighter Town's website. Please bring the waiver to the HWG staff table when you check in.

2. Registration and chrono will begin at 9:00 am. Please try to arrive no later than 9:15 am.  The safety briefing and mission 1 briefing will begin promptly at 9:30.

3. Please bring one of the following to the HWG staff table for check in:  HWG Ticket from Gearbox or the Command Post, Printed Google Checkout Receipt, or Photo ID.  (ID's will be verified against the official roster consisting of paid registrations received from sponsor locations and Google Checkout for lost tickets or receipts.)

4.  Fighter Town has a policy that requires all airsoft guns to have a barrel cover or blocking device while in the staging area.  Please bring a barrel cover or plan to purchase one for $5 on the day of the event.

5.  All players will be required to use sealed eye protection (no shooting glasses allowed). Minors will require mouth protection (face mask).  Please bring the proper eye wear or plan to rent some for $5.

6.  All airsoft guns will be chronographed by HWG staff with .25 bb's supplied by our staff.  Airsoft guns must pass chrono under 375 fps with .25 bb's.

7.  There will be airsoft equipment, tactical gear and extra raffle tickets available for sale at the event.  You may want to bring a few extra dollars to spend on some great deals.

8.  Teams will be separated based upon similar colors or loadouts (equipment).  Our staff recommends bringing a shemagh (middle eastern head wrap) for some of the missions to be used as team identification.  Shemaghs will be available for sale if needed or desired.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't coral snakes only found near water?

Not really, they live just about anywhere out here. But hey.. In 55 years of living in AZ and a lot of desert hiking, I've seen only one.

It's a paintball field with a lot more activity around the area. Seeing a snake in the field will probably be rare incident as there are a lot of people (paintballers/airsofters/refs) running around the field. If you do see a rattler, which you most likely won't because I think it's too cold for them, then you should yell to get the game stopped so somebody can get the snake off the field. I wouldn't worry about snakes though as it's only January.

There are about 5 more tickets available as of noon today.

I want in! Any chance a ticket will be left if I just show up at the field?
