well you have to sign a waiver for fightertown witch can be downloaded and printed here...http://fightertownpaintballpark.com/

I do believe you have to be at least 13 but I'm not sure. hope it helps

 it will be more like orange band vs no band...to many camos' to make into two teams.

I always hated the band vs no band. It takes too long to register targets and the band team sticks out more.
